Flu shot today at the Sparta, WI Walgreens. Kudos to the Pharmacist, one of the best shots ever. Some know where to put the needle (painless), others do not. (painful). In and out in 30 minutes and the professional female behind the counter was super nice
Horrible. Just horrible. Terrible customer service in all departments. Don't expect to get your prescriptions in even a remotely timely manner. How they have pharmacy customers, I have no clue.
Was called at 4 PM 16 Jan and advised prescription was ready. 17 Jan went thru the drive thru. First waited for another customer about 10 minutes. Pulled up to the window and waited almost 10 minutes before being recognized at window. 10 minutes later they couldn't find my order.Whats up? How do you lose a prescription? If someone asks they can easily find out my phone number.

I stopped into the store today at 11:30am to order a picture gift. Before submitting the order in my phone i asked the clerk how long it would be. She said an hour at the most. Went back two hours later to pick it up before heading to a family Christmas gathering. Different clerk standing around and it had not been started. Talked to the manager and he didn't seem to care. Worst customer service i have seen at any walgreens.
