Pharmacy customer service is atrocious. Don’t even bother doing the drive thru - they just ignore you. Will be changing pharmacies.
Everyone is super helpful and friendly! Even when I’ve had OTC questions the pharmacy team there has been super nice. Love the different deals you can find.
The female pharmacist is miserable. She is rude, short, condescending and totally off putting. If she hates her job or if she has some sort of mental issue that is causing her to be so miserable and mean i sure wish she would get some help. She is single handedly ruining their business and what little good reputation they have. I know I'm not the only one who feel this way. Its baffling how she is still employed. Mathew at the photo center was kind and super nice and friendly. He was able to help us with getting best quality photos that we needed. Rare to find people in customer service - give this man some apprecitation! @walgreens
