Great customer service in the pharmacy.
Very happy with Walgreens. We have four pharmacies within a block of each other. Walgreens always answers the phone. They answer the questions you asked without being rushed. The Pharmacy techs are excellent. If there is an issue, they will call you instead of a text message. Highly recommend.
Always well staffed very helpful employees and friendly short way even for the pharmacy they offer a pharmacy drive-thru and plenty of parking for customers.
This pharmacy is so slow, it does not matter what time of day you come, the drive though takes a minimum of 20 minutes. They need more help, and better help at that. I would highly recommend the CVS by ridgewood farms kroger! - Updating my review monthly to confirm the service is still this bad. Good luck getting them to fill any of your prescriptions in a reasonable time! And I wish you even better luck if you ever have to call them. I’ve been on hold for 5 minutes already & all i want to do is order refills.
