This store lacks customer service skills. This is not the first time that I’ve entered the store and left frustrated. The employees there barely speak and when they do, they seem annoyed with helping you. This needs to change ASAP! Today an employee named Griffin told me there was no way he could manually take off a $5 coupon that wasn’t attaching. Your “new program” of shipping medications from a central location, making it take several days to get a prescription is quite literally the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. We are switching pharmacies as I type this. Horrible customer service!
