Has to be the most lazy and brain dead pharmacy in the state. Ive sat on the phone twice today for a emergency medication both times over a hour. Ive had it with these people who spend more time laughing and talking to eachother rather than doing their job serving the public. Oh and both times I was hung up on.
Don’t answer calls I was on the phone for 3 hours waiting for someone to pick up for a week straight
The pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever been to and the pharmacy techs are the rudest people to deal with. They will hang up on you for asking simple questions give you unnecessary attitude. They seriously need to fire their workers and rehire new ones. I have never had a good experience here. Update it’s the technician Tess Z. She is super nasty I will be switching pharmacies
Can't reach anyone on the phone very long wait times. Always out of stock for the medications I've been getting for years.Rude young Lady
You only get 1 star because at least you fill prescriptions sorta timely. I have been on hold 25 mins with the pharmacy. Why does no one EVER answer the pharmacy phone? I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now and have not heard a human voice yet. This is ridiculous! You can get your scripts filled but God forbid you have a question.
