As usual, the most unhelpful people work in pharmacies that are supposed to help people who are sick or dealing with illness. I would zero percent recommend going here if you need to use the pharmacy. They are slow, rude, and make up random policies on the spot to suit their own conveniences.
I had a pickup order. I do couponing so I make sure everything is right. When it arrived home, I realized I was missing three items. When I called they told me I had to return everything and purchase again. I told them I couldn’t since it was with coupons/rewards. They couldn’t fulfill my order. I feel robbed! I didn’t fight it since I didn’t want to be rude but I was surprised when the worker said “next time check before leaving” instead of “hey we’re sorry we made a mistake”. I just left it at that.
