I was in withdrawal from a very vital medication! I called the staff and they had the script waiting for me when I got there 15 minutes later!
Over the past few months the pharmacy has started to go down hill. Last week I called ahead to see if my script was ready they said it should be done by the time I got there. So I get there and stand in line for 10 minutes and then I was told it still wasn't ready so I set down and 30 minutes later someone came out and said they didn't have enough to fill it so they had to transfer it to the one in Dunbar. My question is why couldn't you have told me when I called that they didn't have enough to fill it.
