Worst pharmacy ever. Wish i could give 0 Every time I call im on hold forever. I finally hang up. I feel as if I should had been in line somewhere, You cant tell me that there were this many people ahead of me in line or drive-thru that they couldn't take a min to answer my call. Just because I dont go in doesnt mean I should have to wait that long. No telling how long my wait would have been if I would've continued to stay on the line. Needless to say im sure they dont care that they just lost another customer. What a shame... read more
Terrible customer service. Especially the 20 something blonde girl that is extremely disrespectful and should be fired! I took my business to the other side of town just because of this individual in particular.
Horrible place. The pharmacist assistant wouldn’t help me so I had to ask for the pharmacist myself, which led to them both disrespecting me, laughing at me, and not even offering to assist me with my prescription. They refused to give me my prescription and LIED about the reason saying it was “against Walgreens policy.” I got the prescription filled at a different Walgreens. This was completely inappropriate. Nobody should ever go here. Absolutely shameful behavior.
