Customer service is horrible. I was buying an item and asked to use the bathroom and they told me they don’t have when I clearly saw one of the friends use the facilities over there.!!! I will be taking my business somewhere else, and I suggest others customers do the same
Horrible. I know it’s not just walgreens and it’s this one in particular because I’ve recently switched to Walgreens on 61 Ferry Street. Total 180, they never gave me any issues, no attitude, and they are literally half a mile away. But this hellhole? Pharmacy is always extremely slow, workers are rude and ignore you. Every single time I’ve tried to pick up an RX from this walgreens, it takes forever to pick it up. They claim that the pharmacy opens at 10 but here I an at 10:15 on a wed and they are closed. Service at its best. If you can't make it to work at 10 o'clock!, close your doors..
