Maybe living in Arlington "40" years have my expectation of the quality of service bar higher than most people in certain communities and zip codes are accustom to providing. Arlington had it's fair share of zip codes that sucked but my goodness NRH, Watauga, Keller, Hurst... What's happening!!?? THIS particular location is hit or miss on finding someone who appears kind, knowledgeable, and WILLING to do their job, customer service.
