Couldn’t possibly care less at the pharmacy if they tried. Intentionally slow because they hate their jobs.
Rachel the Pharmacist went above and beyond for me when it came to the expensive travel vaccines I requested, which I really appreciated after I had a subpar experience at Passport Health. I was able to get my vaccines completely covered because of her knowledge, experience and expertise of the system. It took extra time on her part, even though were obviously busy and running short staffed. She was kind, patient, and I appreciated the extra time and effort she took in helping me.
Made three trips to have a prescription transferred from CVS after vonfirmingnthat Walgreens had the medication in stock. Drove back across town to confirm that CVS transferred it. 2 days later and another trip to Walgreens and they claim they don't have it. They made no effort to whatsoever to get the prescription from CVS and they don't answer the phone. Terrible service, will not use them.
I’m an avid shopper of Walgreens. They have the best vitamin E oil for your scars after surgery as well as some other products that are not easy to find elsewhere such as the Neutrogena face SPF 70 sunscreen and the Skyy organic coconut oil with vitamin E. I forgot to mention in my Evaluation that I recently put on their website that I just love the points that you get for shopping for things ; it takes a few dollars off of the purchase, and I especially like it when they offer to buy one and get one 50% off.
