I called the store because I misplaced my wallet and was stuck in stopped traffic an hour away. I was in tears because we can all acknowledge how scary it can be to lose something so important. Zero stars for pharmacy. I picked this place for convenience but the hours of my life I’ve lost here don’t make up for it. The pharmacy is so infuriating. Their hours are only posted on the door and often those aren’t even right. And…. They never tell you if there’s an issue, until you are there in person. For example, if they don’t have in stock. WORST PHARMACY !!! It’s alarming this store is even open. Multiple issues and problems, prescriptions never available , it’s almost impossible to pick your meds up. Multiple times I’ve had problems. Wish I never sent the script here :( :( :( :(

The staff in the store are 10/10, but the pharmacy is awful. A nightmare to deal with, impossible to get through to a human being, frequently don’t fill prescriptions and don’t notify anyone about the reason. Seems like the smallest factors, such as a size difference that was called in, holds them up and they can’t troubleshoot it. They never notify the provider or the patient about the issue, it just stays in limbo forever until you go there multiple times and physically make them fill it.
