I am focused on the pharmacy. They seem to be understaffed. I've walked in several times and saw a sign at the pharmacy saying closed, when they should have been open. In addition, they are not open on the weekends. I feel sorry for the pharmacists that have to work there.
I've had several problems with this location. they gave me the wrong medication, when I try to bring it back they wouldn't let me. I order through the phone said it would be available for pick up and the clerk said it would be there tomorrow. Almost charged me $350.00 for medication after my insurance wasn't working that day and finally fixed the problem after an hour of waiting for my insurance to work with them. Worst experience at pharmacy. Staff and pharmacists rude. On phone with provider who was trying to send script after pharmacies lost it. You know it’s bad when the provider asks if there is a different pharmacy I want to use after over hearing how I’m being treated.
The absolute worse pharmacy EVER!!!! You really need to hire new people that actually know how to do their jobs. I dont know where they got their education but they are embarrassing themselves and showing how clueless they are
