Expensive
This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. I moved up here two years ago and the service has been terrible and the mistakes happen all the time they have billed my insurance for prescriptions that were on a manufacturer coupon and I get to the window and they tell me it’s $250 when it’s supposed to be a $10 charge for three months which they have been doing for the past year but then a new person behind the desk charges it mistakingly to my insurance and tells me well you’re just gonna have to pay the 250. I went into Walgreens today to pick up a photo print I ordered online, the front sales Associate was very nice I asked him (sorry to say I didn't get his name) if someone could help me in the photos department and right away with no hesitation (and no one else was standing in line) he took me to the photo department, he found my photo print quickly and with a smile. If i could it would be a zero. I wrote one kast month for the pharmacy about issues. Now i have the same issue i had last time, incompetence. Worker named Brandie doent know what shes doing other than frustrating customers amd delaying prescriptions. I have to make sure its someone else entering information in order to get meds filled. Then thy delay because Brandie enters info wrong, and you have to start over when you reach someone that enters correct information. worst customer service ever cashier guy didn’t even want to help me but instead said “try a different store maybe they can help you” mangers are no help either they need to retrain their employees from top to bottom!!!!
