Dear Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention an experience I had at your store. The cashier, whose name was Dawn (or something very similar), was extremely rude. While I was trying to purchase my items, she was very impatient and acted as if I was getting everything for free. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disappointing. I hope you can address this issue.
