Today (08/12/2026), the lady helping me with picking up my Rx refill, was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I left feeling happier than when I arrived. She’s a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like.
Walgreens at Whitaker Mill is a great pharmacy. They’re always quick and efficient and helpful. Anthony is great!
I switched to this location about 2 years ago after consistently terrible service at a location in southeast Raleigh. The pharmacy professionals are the best this whole company employs, knows me by name, provide fast service. The front staff is so friendly and helpful as well. Walgreens if you're reading this, never close this stupendous location that serves it's community so well.
This location is the best Walgreens in Raleigh. Other locations need to come learn from them!
