The pharmacy frequently closes unexpectedly, which is the least of the problems. Recently, several of my refills have taken well over a week, with no explanation. Another blamed an insurance problem in the app, when asked what it was, the tech said there was no problem. Still another, the tech said that it had been overlooked. Completely unacceptable service on all levels.

This used to be the best place to get prescriptions filled and within the past few months it has been nothing but problems. Give a 5 days notice for a Rx refill and it isn’t ready 10 days later. No communication. No one answers questions and pharmacy staff is rude. If you want to pick up through the drive thru, use the restroom first and make sure your tank is full. You’ll be sitting for 30 minutes at least.

the WORST pharmacy i have ever been to in my life. none of them know how to do their job and i end up paying for my meds out of pocket every time because they can’t figure out how to put it through the insurance

The pharmacy is often closed during hours it claims to be open. This is the second day now that they are closed. It is Friday, so the next chance to get my meds is Monday. That will be a week after my prescription was sent to them. First they could not get the meds in, now they have my prescription filled, but not open for me to get them. !!!
