Pharmacies are understaffed and overwhelmed across the US, and yet so essential. So, I understand why people write terrible reviews because so much stress is involved and with understaffing, orders often fall through the cracks. But given the circumstances, this Walgreens pharmacy is the best I have encountered. The staff and the pharmacist are so kind and helpful here, especially when you let them know that you are in particular need of a prescription within a certain time frame.
This has without a doubt been the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had where do I even begin. 1. they consistently dont have my medication without fail the last 4 months theirs been delays or back orders that have caused me to miss weeks on medication I cant miss. 2. The pharmacists arent helpful almost incompetent they arent able to order a medication to save their lives or relay accurate info on when they will actually have the medication. this place honestly just needs to go out of business because they are a sad exc... read more
I have visited this location three times now to try and pick up prescription. Every time I am told that my insurance isn't valid, or they don't have the item in stock. Most recently I was told that the medication I need was in stock at another Walgreens, when it wasn't. Beyond this frustration, the staff expressed zero for me even though I'm recognizable at this point given that I've been there so many times.
Pharmacy went above & beyond to save me money on a prescription!! When I asked why it was well over $100, the pharmacy tech found a discount card. Then the Pharmacist actually suggested capsules might be cheaper than tablets, and those were covered by insurance. Who knew? They saved me over $100!
i would rather have two crows help me at a pharmacy than the workers here. they’re not very competent, i would probably have more succcess getting filled up than my prescription. not that i would do that because they would probably tell me to come back in a few days too. sometimes i wish i could just hop behind the counter and start counting my own medicine because i’d prescribe myself some heavy opiates, the way they’re giving me an aching headache. who knew that you would have to check the reviews for a pharmacy? the servi... read more
