Attempted to switch to this pharmacy and had THE WORST experience. Had a prescription sent in Saturday morning, came Monday mid morning to pick it up, its some how not ready and I'm told to sign up for text alerts. I wait around all day until about 2:30pm and still nothing. I try to call to get a status on it and I am on hold for 15 MINUTES! It was quicker for me to drive there to get an answer that it still wasn't ready and it wouldn't be ready unless I physically came inside and waited. I had to wait at the register after pushing the button for assistance far too long. THREE employees made eye contact with me and ignored me. I should’ve just left then but unfortunately I got to interact with the less than lovely employee. Just keep driving less than a minute in either direction and you can go ANYWHERE else and have a better experience. Anything over one star is way too much for this place.

I waited over an hour to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be done 3 days ago. They told me it would be done today and it wasn’t. I called and like always they messed something up. The person I spoke on the phone with told me to come in and they could get it ready for me quickly. I told them I need it filled and they said have a seat we will call you up. I can’t go one single month without my medications being delayed or messed up. Every month I spend at least 4-7 days going back and forth with them because they can’t get it together. And worst of all, they lied to me. They told me they never I received my refill request and when my provider called they admitted that they just messed up and it got deleted.
