Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. Multiple times have failed to mention that not all my rx were filled meaning multiple trips to the pharmacy. Pure incompetence. I've now moved all rx to HEB!
The pharmacists are amazing!
I rarely use public bathrooms, but I was out this way to get my pup’s haircut. They have the ladies room locked with a code- no problem but not sure why 🤷♀️ it’s totally the grossest thing ever. Tp and “stuff” all over the floors. No bueno. They did have the hair product I was looking for, otherwise definitely one star.
“Terrible service. They claimed they couldn’t find my prescriptions, sent them to another location without my consent, and only filled them after I demanded answers in person. Marked as out of stock when they clearly weren’t. I’ve switched pharmacies — will never return here.”
