Overall bad customer service at the pharmacy. Every time I've gone, it seems like the staff is on autopilot counting the minutes until they can leave. Pharmacy staff frequently appear annoyed to answer any questions.
Pharmacy staff is overworked and unprepared for any questions. Basically rude and uncaring, not even slightly helpful. Have changed our prescriptions to a different store.
Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. Multiple times have failed to mention that not all my rx were filled meaning multiple trips to the pharmacy. Pure incompetence. I've now moved all rx to HEB!
The pharmacists are amazing!
