The store is cool. The pharmacy is something else tho. Lines were long in the drive thru as well as the in store pick up window. It seemed like nobody was able to get their scripts at all. I was told to sit down and wait 20 minutes. The lady was getting very frustrated. Next thing I hear is the frustrated lady talking super loudly to someone saying, "LISA! LISA! There’s a lady in the pharmacy (has arm tattoos) and her daughter works there I think. Super loud and unprofessional when talking around customers. If you want to be obnoxiously loud and talk about your life, do it after work or away from the front desk area. Always slow. No one wants to work anymore. Closed on the weekends. About to switch all my meds to Onalaska because they’re at least open more hours.
I just had a girl hang up on my when I was trying to cancel 4 vaccines.
Asked for help finding something and nobody showed up
