This place seriously needs new management sent my daughter to pick up my wife’s prescription and the pharmacist working desi was extremely rude not only to my daughter but to the girl behind the desk and this ain’t the first time she’d done been unprofessional after this we’ll be switching pharmacies
I rarely leave reviews like this, but what happened yesterday at the Fairmont Walgreens pharmacy deserves to be addressed. My grandmother is on hospice, actively dying, and experiencing significant pain. Hospice sent a prescription for medications to help keep her comfortable. I arrived shortly before 4:00 p.m. and was told the prescription was scheduled for around 5:00, but that they could get it ready while I waited. I was specifically told to have a seat.
