There’s new people at the pharmacy almost every time I go there. They must have a high turn over rate back there. A few of them look like they are half asleep . They seem to frequently be out of common medications often. I only go there because it’s right down the street and I don’t know is if it’s better anywhere else .
I went there after leaving a clinic and finding out I had the flu. I had a fever and chills and ached everywhere. I gave a number for the pharmacist to call for my VA healthcare. He refused. He had me sit and call I was in hold for 25 minutes while Exposing everyone there to the flu. And I have received the shot so this was a strain not covered. the service is awful. I do no want anything to do with Walgreens after an employee hung up on me when I asked about my scripts .
The service in the pharmacy is awful. Last month after a week of trying to get my migraine medicine I finally drove to the Bowie store to pick it up. It had been ordered incorrectly however the Bowie pharmacist corrected it. This month I called and was very clear on what went wrong last month- rudeness on both the pharmacist and staff and I still don’t have my medicine. This isn’t the first time this location has treated me and my prescriptions like this, but it will be the last time.
I like the store itself , but the wait times for the drive through pharmacy are ridiculous !
Never trust the "voice" on the phone that tells you when something will be ready �
Great job with get prescription done. Will definitely use again.
