I have been without my medication for some time due to my Doctors office abruptly closing. Finally get the Rx sent in. Needs prior auth for insurance. APP offered me Rx savings discounts which I was willing to use instead of waiting for prior authorization for my insurance, considering I was on my way to work. Was on hold for almost 20 minutes before an automated voice came through saying my call can't be processed and to try again later. Also only discovered after booking an appointment for the covid vaccine, it only qualifies to 65 and older.
Pharmacy customer service is atrocious. Don’t even bother doing the drive thru - they just ignore you. Will be changing pharmacies.
Everyone is super helpful and friendly! Even when I’ve had OTC questions the pharmacy team there has been super nice. Love the different deals you can find.
