Today showed up to pick up a prescription at 1:28 & pharmacy tech with a customer (who we know and are friends with) called over her & said he was closed for lunch break. No one else in line so asked if I could just pick up my prescription and tech said they were closed from 1:30-2:30 for lunch. Really for 1 pick up? Pathetic.
Shelves were stocked and full. Store was clean.
I want to update my review because I frequent this pharmacy so much….. They’re getting a lot better with customer service since the other location in WC shut down, and this location absorbed their staff. I think the old pharmacist quit or transferred, or she may have been from the other store, because now when I get someone on the phone they’re always kind, knowledgeable, and make it clear they are understandable over the phone. Worst Service Ever! I called to talk to the pharmacy and was put on hold and told there were 2 people ahead of me. Then someone would pick up the phone and press holdover and over and over again. I finally hung up after 25 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous!
