I take the same medication for over 20 years and while BiMart never had a problem keeping it stocked it's the same thing every month with Walgreens. It's never in stock and they constantly fill partials. From a business management perspective this is ridiculously labor intensive having to get multiple partials and from a personal perspective it's a pain having to keep going back multiple times for a one month prescription. NO customer service. Appointment for immunization and they were closed. NO notice! Should have the option of minus stars!
If I could leave NO STARS I would. Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Put my prescriptions in online 6 days ago. Saw 4 of 5 were ready. 1 pending so I called this morning at 10am, was on hold 2 HOURS and then was disconnected. So my son drove down there to see if they were available for pickup. They said the meds were in the safe and that there was a time delay because they had just accessed it, so they couldn't access the safe until after lunch (this was 45 minutes before lunch) they were either full of it, OR their time delay ... read more
Stood in line in store no one even said hello to me, they just glared at their computers ignoring me while helping people in the drive through. The very least you can do is say hello it will be a minute or maybe it will be many minutes and you'd like to go through the drive through? Anything besides just ignoring and glaring. TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED
