Walgreens has done a complete turnaround since my review a year ago. My meds are always in stock and customer service is excellent!
Call to ask for prescription and answered! Woo finally thank God sometimes Places take foreverrr! Ngl.

Not happy at all. Poor customer service. After being released from the hospital and living a full hour away. I needed BOTH the medications that were called in for me. The staff insisted they only received one perception. I waited around for 20 minutes for the one to be filled. Drove all the way home (hour away), very sick and fresh out of the hospital to receive a call several hours later that in fact I did have a second perception ready for pick-up. A quick phone call to the hospital to check would have saved a lot of time.... read more
