courteous staff
Not happy at all. Poor customer service. After being released from the hospital and living a full hour away. I needed BOTH the medications that were called in for me. The staff insisted they only received one perception. I waited around for 20 minutes for the one to be filled. Drove all the way home (hour away), very sick and fresh out of the hospital to receive a call several hours later that in fact I did have a second perception ready for pick-up. A quick phone call to the hospital to check would have saved a lot of time.... read more
I take the same medication for over 20 years and while BiMart never had a problem keeping it stocked it's the same thing every month with Walgreens. It's never in stock and they constantly fill partials. From a business management perspective this is ridiculously labor intensive having to get multiple partials and from a personal perspective it's a pain having to keep going back multiple times for a one month prescription. NO customer service. Appointment for immunization and they were closed. NO notice! Should have the option of minus stars!
