11/5/13. I went to pick up my Rx but it had been returned to stock. The clerk told me it would be ready in 45 min. I realized I would not be able to wait so I said I'll come back for it. An hour and a half later I returned and was told by the same clerk that it was not ready. At that point I asked to speak to someone in charge which was the "Floater" Pharmacist. He told me he was in charge but that he "wasn't IN charge". Whatever that means. He was more interested in arguing with me than solving my problem. The clerk returne... read more
