I had an initial consultation with John Waldron in 2010 which lasted probably 10 minutes max in regards to me wanting to provide music entertainment at DeSales University in Center Valley. I was rejected summarily by Nick Luchko, and mistakenly by the university, received 2 trespassing charges, even though I had a legitimate business inquiry. I have found John Waldron to be very personable and intelligent. I realized and was extremely impressed by the respect he received from his peers in the legal community as well as the DA and ADA’s.
