I recently discovered the Center by seeing a post on Social Media about a “Drums Alive” fitness class on Thursdays. I was so excited to check it out as I really enjoy organized group fitness classes that are low impact. This class is just what I needed. Felicia (the instructor) is awesome. I always knew there was a drummer inside of me. The class participants are welcoming and helpful in all that I needed as a newbie. I just love it and often recommends this class to others.
