I feel horrible giving 1 star. I wish I could give ZERO. My boyfriend's dad was here. He had dementia. He had a seizure at home which landed him at Georgetown University Hospital. He was doing very well there. The staff there was so great. He got transferred to this house of death for additional PT. When he got here last October, he was on the up and up. Was looking good. Whenever I go to see my mother in this facility, it’s either one extent to the other. My mother is either nonresponsive. It is laying in her bed or she’s filthy, laying in her bed and there’s trash everywhere I’ve complained and it seems like it alleviates the issue for a little bit and then it just goes right back downhill again. My mom also developed bed sores from being in this facility as well as from them, not reacting promptly to a medical concern issue ended up in the hospital. We met with Diane in Admissions to do a tour ad she was wonderful!! She explained everything so thoroughly and was very helpful!
It was awesome, the staffs were friendly and accommodating
