This office has the worst communication and settling a claims. They give you stories stating that you never mailed or even heard from the person, I wish state farm never had me deal with them. We were never paid for any settlement that they said.

Dont know how the attorneys are, but the FIRST impression with the front receptionist is the reason i would not want to encounter this law firm. Today was unsettling because i encountered the front desk receptionist Octavia. She was rude, very unprofessional & unpleasant to talk to. I called to the office due to miscommunication with the attorney Courtney. Although she has been pleasant to work with, it was Octavia that has made my review on here a 1 star! As an attorney I know that you hope you never need an attorney. My son was in a minor car accident that was not even his fault while driving the truck I purchased for him. He and I were both sued for an exhorbitant amount of money where there were no injuries and he was not at fault.
