I needed to make a change and can’t get in touch with anybody there. Been to the office 3-4 times, called and left several messages over the course of the past 2 months but have not heard back from my preparer.

Make sure you think twice about doing business with this bad company.I called patty to see why i haven't gotten my federal or state income tax and she said there probably backed up because she sent it on her part.
