Private Spa is a must do! Perfect way to relax after a full day of hiking.
We were return guests, there was no change room available for us, so after waiting a while we were offered a side room. Then when we were taken to the spa it was 10 minutes later than our booked time. We were told a bell would ring when our time was up, the bell rang 5 minutes before our actual time, so we missed out on 15 minutes of our booked time. The Waldheim spa was beautiful, perfectly set and tranquil. Sitting in the hot spa overlooking the trees was stunning. I do however agree the facilities could do with a bit of an up grade for the price it costs. The massage I had was very good and left me feeling relaxed!
The staff were very friendly om arrival. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't warm at all and given that it is winter we spent a very short amount of time in it. The room area also wasn't warm enough and the steam room floor was slimy and slippery. When we went to leave and give some feedback there was no staff to be found anywhere!
