wonderful place and people ..love it here...still wonderful in 2024
Issue with Drive-Thru only (this not reflect the staff inside during normal business hours), 2nd straight issue trying to withdraw cash from drive-thru (after hours), it kept giving me receipt stating it could not complete my transaction. — not cool to not have access to cash from my accounts.
One of the worst banks in the Hudson valley . It’s been over 2 weeks on a large check i got from a real estate closing and they refuse to verify it . Chase bank won’t make the funds available because Walden savings bank refuse to verify it . I’ve lost about $700 on interest payments soo far .
