Need to invest in customer service... I am surprised they don't offer it. Since i was looking into having a local bank in town. I guess im going with the new bank First They are really friendly and will help with change you need. At CBI they refused a money order i needed to get cause i wasn't a customer I was told I couldn't get one but never once did she stop and think to ask me if I would be interested in opening an account. I left and went to First Bank they gave me a money order without asking about if i had an account.... read more
