Came this afternoon for broken glasses repair. It was super quick and lady at front was polite and respectful. Thankyou for your service. Would recommend to everyone
Lady working here today is completely rude and unwelcoming. I was trying on glasses and she came up to me and said "if you are not going to buy then dont look at them." I came in around 12:30 noon on February 7. I just kept looking around because I have every right as a customer to do so and she kept giving me dirty looks while she is on her phone sitting down looking unprofessional. WORST customer service. Stopped in yesterday April 30, 2024 around 3:30 pm) at Walmart Vision Centre on McPhillips (after grocery shopping) to ask male Optician to help do a minor adjustment to my eyeglass frames from slipping down my nose. He REFUSED to help me—only because I didn’t purchase my glasses from Walmart. He was clearly standing around doing NOTHING and drinking from his water bottle.
