I got to the pick-up area and called 3 times. I didn't get through. I was on a tight schedule, so I got out of my car and jogged over to an employee, sharing that I wasn't able to get through. He was polite and shared that he would let the powers that be know that I had showed up, appearing to do so immediately digitally while I was with him. 40 minutes after I got there, my order came to my car. I’ve been waiting for 4 hours for pick up and still waiting. There is nobody answering the phone and nobody had come out to check for our order. We were told that our order was ready about 3 hours into waiting and still has not gotten our order.
