I applied for a loan, and they contacted me. After I was assigned to an agent Jose I submitted everything but never heard back. No denials or approvals, just nothing. I recently called them and Jose anwsered (not sure if its the same guy) and He claimed that I never submitted anything. I redid my application, and they said they would call me back in 30 minutes at 3:20 p.m. It's now 5 p.m., and I decided to call back only to be told that he's with somebody else and will hopefully call me back today. The people who work there are very friendly and professional.
Wakota paid out a fraudulent charge overdrawing my account, never telling me and charging me fees. Now they want me to pay for it. Never do business with this bank. They will rip you off then justify their actions.
