I applied for a loan, and they contacted me. After I was assigned to an agent Jose I submitted everything but never heard back. No denials or approvals, just nothing. I recently called them and Jose anwsered (not sure if its the same guy) and He claimed that I never submitted anything. I redid my application, and they said they would call me back in 30 minutes at 3:20 p.m. It's now 5 p.m., and I decided to call back only to be told that he's with somebody else and will hopefully call me back today.
