This credit union has cost me more money than all other banks combined. It is an absolute joke! Their compassion to help their members is horrendous and their fees are out of control.
As I am unable to give no stars they get their one. I have been banking with Wakota since long before they changed to their nifty new name. They WERE a nice place to do your personal banking but since Covid gave them an excuse to provide rotten service they have become incredibly proficient at it. I've been here for 15 years this is by far the best credit Union, better than any Bank.
As I am unable to give no stars they get their one. I have been banking with Wakota since long before they changed to their nifty new name. They WERE a nice place to do your personal banking but since Covid gave them an excuse to provide rotten service they have become incredibly proficient at it. I've been trying to contact this credit union all day today, Friday, Nov. 1, 2024. Impossible to get through. Left request for callback TWICE but no one bothered returning my call. AND, according to the voice message, I was the ONLY PERSON IN CUEUE!!!! How on earth is this place being managed? I am anew customer and because of this, probably a very temporary one.
