I’ve had a great and seamless experience with associate Jose. He answered all my questions, was patience and very informative on everything I needed to know. I highly recommend banking with WFCU, specially if you care to bank where they actually care about you!
I have had great luck with this local credit union. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Its a small town feel when they greet members by our name. I highly recommend them.
This credit union has cost me more money than all other banks combined. It is an absolute joke! Their compassion to help their members is horrendous and their fees are out of control.
As I am unable to give no stars they get their one. I have been banking with Wakota since long before they changed to their nifty new name. They WERE a nice place to do your personal banking but since Covid gave them an excuse to provide rotten service they have become incredibly proficient at it.
