Awesome salt treatments
My daughter and I tried the cave today, and we thought it was so fabulous! I found it extremely stress-reducing...and she thinks her voice sounds better and is full of positive emotions. ❤️😊

Would give Wakeup Fit more than 5 stars if I could. Tara is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The salt cave provided a clean, calming and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, was an extremely wonderful experience.
I was recommended by my allergist to try out a salt cave for my asthma and allergies.as I was on a mission to cut back on the amount of medication I take daily. I tried out this new salt cave and knew very little about it or what to expect before my first appointment. I was first greeted by Tara and Jeremy. They are both super friendly and knowledgeable.
