Talk about professional, they are the best! They handled our move from the initial contact to removing our belongings, storing them in climate controlled storage and returning them without ANY damage! The movers were professional, courteous, and caring. EVERYTHING was padded when they removed our furniture and still had the same padding on when it was returned! Bob, Laura, and the crew are the go to Movers if you want it done right! A fantastic experience!!!

I’m a assistant manager and reached out to Laura after speaking with there Raleigh location. I introduced my self and informed her my relationship for this call then she cut me off and said she was in Costco waiting in line. She wanted me to call her back and informed me that this is a sales line. It came off very rude and unprofessional. I will not refer anyone to this company if this how they conduct business simply by phone. I just wonder how would they treat a customer in person. Not a good first impression.
