They could have got 5 stars from me but when they say they will call back. They don't UNTIL you call the superintendent and throw a fit. Then they will call you back. Bus left my kids at school because the BUS left early. Call the "people in charge" not the transportation call center. Call the DISTRICT. Cut the middle man out to get results.

Going on the 3rd week of school and still havent received a call or email back from transportation on which bus my child will take to school. This is most frustrating process ever. There is no direct person to talk to and South Garner just tells you to call wake county transportation. I’m having to take my child to school every morning and have him there by 7:30am. I then have to leave work early to pick him up by 2:30pm. My job is 45 mins away. Im not even working a full shift at this point. This is ridiculous and at what p... read more

They are the worst! They wait to release routes until a week before school and then don’t have the capacity to correct mistakes. There is no way to contact someone directly and they ignore all pleas for route corrections when they are at fault. It’s honestly shocking how bad they are and unresponsive. They also seem to have no accountability and answer to no one. They have given my MS child with a two hour bus ride to a stop more than five miles from our home when there is a bus that comes to our neighborhood two doors down ... read more
