It’s always somethings my child gets deleted from the rout then they put her back up there the bus never comes then when you call an say something they tell you that the bus came and it never did an I was standing out there. The parent is always wrong.

My child was slapped on the bus by another student. The hit broke his glasses and caused his head to hit the window. He had a bump on his head when he came home. I reported it to the school. The school spoke to the driver who had not reported it at all. The driver stated to the admin that they would report it that dayaq. The school says it has to be handled by transportation but almost a month later, no one has reached out to me. They could have got 5 stars from me but when they say they will call back. They don't UNTIL you call the superintendent and throw a fit. Then they will call you back. Bus left my kids at school because the BUS left early. Call the "people in charge" not the transportation call center. Call the DISTRICT. Cut the middle man out to get results.

Going on the 3rd week of school and still havent received a call or email back from transportation on which bus my child will take to school. This is most frustrating process ever. There is no direct person to talk to and South Garner just tells you to call wake county transportation. I’m having to take my child to school every morning and have him there by 7:30am. I then have to leave work early to pick him up by 2:30pm. My job is 45 mins away. Im not even working a full shift at this point. This is ridiculous and at what p... read more
