My screen was replaced very well, and the service was excellent. They did high-quality work.Â
Just be sure to get everything in writing. They agreed to fix my laptop for $189. $100 for my touchpad and $89 to change my hard drive. Once they realized they couldn’t fix the touchpad, the script flipped and it became $189 for the hard drive only to avoid issuing a refund for the touchpad. Most of the transaction communications were done via phone call. In hindsight, I should have asked for a confirmatory text before allowing them proceed.Â
Impeccable customer service, totally trustworthy. I dropped and destroyed my phone screen midday Thanksgiving day and NO repair shops were open. AND- I had an international business trip flight that evening. NO repair shops were open. Waka was open but did not have the screen in stock and the supply warehouses were already closed.
