It is a good, inexpensive taxi service….once they actually get there. I was told 10-20 minutes and waited out in the rain for over an hour.
Called for two rides during a brief stay in port hardy. Staff were on time, professional, and friendly. Cars were clean.

Lady was nice until we cancelled then she was blatantly rude
Charged me $30 for a ride from Port Hardy Airport to the Airport Inn, which is less than 3 minutes away and only about 2.4 km. The driver claimed they had to charge me as if they came all the way from downtown, even though five Waivin Flags taxis were already waiting outside the airport and they were the ones who approached me and offered a ride.
