Great clean taxis. My partner accidentally left his passport in the back of the taxi after the 30 min ride and after we called, the driver quickly located it and brought it back to us. He was friendly and professional. Only downside is its pretty expensive, driver advised that a flat rate of $100 from port hardy airport to port mcneill black bear lodge was a special discount given we were on a kayak tour, but it really is only a 25 min drive. It is a good, inexpensive taxi service….once they actually get there. I was told 10-20 minutes and waited out in the rain for over an hour.
Called for two rides during a brief stay in port hardy. Staff were on time, professional, and friendly. Cars were clean.
13 mins ride was 30$ Definitely a rip off
