Just finished shopping here and was agressively approached by an employee in the car park to ask me to pay for parking although I had and used the voucher on my shopping inside. Word of the wise don’t let your employees approach mums with kids in dim car parks unless they want to get hurt, self defense mode kicks in when approached in a car park as a lone woman. The service received here was extremely appalling, I’ve been a regular customer of this Waitrose and have never experienced being followed/watched or questioned in this store. A member of staff even waited at the door and watched me leave the store, how disgusting and disrespectful! I raised my concerns with the manager and she assured this would be addressed - I really hope it is as this is completely unacceptable!
