My wife called to buy a sewing kit, we were on the way to a funeral & her skirt hem had come undone. Waitrose did not sell them but a lovely member of staff called Marie came to her rescue. She gave a needle & spool of cotton she kept in her locker. What great customer service, we won't forget her kindness. Thank you.
