I went in stiff, tense, tight, sore, pain, bruised & swollen from falling on my left side. As well as my right lower lumbar being super tense. I visibly left moving, walking & feeling infinitely better than how I arrived there. It's magical. Rachel cares about people and making a difference with all the compassion & empathy in the world.
