Totally amazing experience, thanks to my wife for introducing me to Chrissy and Frank. 1st session left unbelievably relaxed, after the 3rd visit back pain reduced by 60% and now getting a really good nights sleep. Thank you so much to you both and of coarse my wife. Looking forward to jumping off the therepy table.

What a wonderful retreat with Chrissie & Frank at Waiora Spinal Flow. A full day of self indugence. Sharing the experience with other like minded lovelies. Food was fabulous as we were nourishing our souls with home made soup and fantastic dessert from Chrissie and Franks daughter. The retreat was well organised and time management was monitored well. There was ample time to experience this wonderful modality. I strongly recommend you try it.
