Chrissie and Frank have such calming, beautiful energy and a true gift for healing. Their wealth of knowledge and clear passion for what they do shine through every session. Totally amazing experience, thanks to my wife for introducing me to Chrissy and Frank. 1st session left unbelievably relaxed, after the 3rd visit back pain reduced by 60% and now getting a really good nights sleep. Thank you so much to you both and of coarse my wife. Looking forward to jumping off the therepy table.
Today my whanau and I attended Chrissy and franks whare and space for spinal flow. My second time meant I was coming back with intention and excitement. Again my body mind and heart was welcomed and I left feeling light and loved.

What a wonderful retreat with Chrissie & Frank at Waiora Spinal Flow. A full day of self indugence. Sharing the experience with other like minded lovelies. Food was fabulous as we were nourishing our souls with home made soup and fantastic dessert from Chrissie and Franks daughter. The retreat was well organised and time management was monitored well. There was ample time to experience this wonderful modality. I strongly recommend you try it.
