Have always been very friendly.
“Care and diligence”. Apparently. That’s their motto, but I’ve seen anything but over the last two years since my father passed away and my mother has had to go into a dementia ward. It's really unfortunate that I need to post a negative review to get any acceptable attention from Wain & Naysmith in regards their management of my parents' estate, but hopefully this and a complaint to the New Zealand Law Society will get their attention.
