My son has been here for just a few weeks and the change in him and the way they have looked out for him and treated him has been exemplary. He's a type one diabetic, has Asperger's and this is his first time with not direct being with family. They have been understanding, patient, empathetic and have treated any concerns with respect. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you want to be robbed of money, receive PTSD and eat expired food and your personal sensitive issues to be openly discussed to other clients from the management- if you really want that, than this place is perfect for you! Management uses disabled people to their advantage, I was asked by the owner to be spy- it’s not a lie! Waimarie is a home away from home the meals are wonderful the atmosphere is wonderful the owners are always make sure you are comfortable love it it’s what I have always looked for
My son has been living at waimaree for 9 yrs.....It is a homely inviroment & the food is all homed freshly cooked with TLC all the time.....my son has been looked after in all aspects of a home inviroment & there has been not a problem at all..... management r very much family orientated & makes sure with health & safety that there is no issues at all.
