My parents were in for 3 weeks respite. They loved it so much they want to go back long term. Excellent care and food and friendly staff. Nothing is a problem. Very homely atmosphere .
The Manager who showed us through was lovely and professional and the staff seemed very friendly. Music was playing and people were smiling. But honestly the owners of this home need to spend a lot of money to update. It is very tired and needs modernising in every way possible, carpets, Lino, furniture are all old and dated. A warm welcoming home with professional friendly staff. The residents are all very happy and enjoy living at Waikiwi Gardens. The food is all home cooked and is of a very high standard.
