DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They take advantage of tourists and will take your 2.5k bond without consideration even if you have taken out full cover. We hired a van and got maximum insurance as we always do. The van was a noisy stinky rust bucket for starters. We had an incident and they stole our bond without communication, claiming we didnt inform them in time however we were on roaming and our initial messages didnt get through till the next day. Nice rental company, staff is polite and easy to deal with
EDIT: Ron contacted me after the google review and offered a 50% refund for the issues we encountered. Appreciate the compensation. The service prior to arrival was good and communication was easy. On arrival, we walked down to get our car and had trouble opening one of the van doors. Then on the drive home, it opened on it's own. This happened several times during the trip home so in the morning I contacted them and we went down to swap for a different, smaller vehicle.
