Dr Nancy and Alex are both caring, welcoming and knowledgeable. I started acupuncture because I was doing fertility treatments and I believe they really helped me be successful.
When I went into Wai Acupuncture I was in a lot of pain and so much anxiety I got teary eyed. Alex the front desk person is so sweet and welcoming immediately putting me at ease. Dr. Chau is an absolute sweetheart. I have been to 2 Acupuncturist in my life before her and I have to tell you she is the absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely love this spot. Dr.Nancy, Alex, and Cookie are fantastic. I had never experienced acupunture or cupping before and after struggling with tennis elbow I was ready for anything. I genuinely believe this has supported successful recovery through tennis elbow. Now I go for maintenance and i look forward to the experience everytime.
I am so grateful to have found Wai Acupuncture. Dr Chau and Alex are a wonderful team along with their therapy dog "Cookie!" I am always greeted with a warm welcome. The office is pristine and very well run. I have never had to wait for treatment and never felt rushed. Dr. Chau is very compassionate and a true healer. I have noticed a significant improvement in my condition after each treatment! I look forward to my continued treatments.
