10 stars! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Michelle at Wahine Wellness & Pelvic Health. She was so knowledgeable about my conditions and I was able to reduce my pain and build my strength and confidence under her direction quickly. Because of her I'm finally able to start hiking and paddling again for the first time in almost 5 years!
Wahine Wellness is a wonderful place! I came here to learn how I can prepare my pelvic muscles and area for birth! Not only did I get coaching and guidance on strengthening/stretching my pelvic area, I was also prepped how to take of myself in case of a c-section. I’m going into labor feeling strong and confident! I’m excited to come back for post-natal therapy. Highly recommend pelvic therapy for all pregnant mamas, before and after birth!
