I have been trying to make a withdraw since February and it’s April right now. It was pending for about 3 weeks and when I called they said they would fix it and never did. Then they said my bank was the issue and we fixed that about a month ago. Now my money is still pending and everytime I call my phone call is ignored and sent for voicemail. Update: Earlier I was upset and wrote a review about my funds taking too long to withdraw. They called and reached out to me and were very nice and apologetic for my experience and will try to figure out why it took so long to withdraw my funds but it may be because the date I submitted my request didn’t count and the holiday didn’t count so they are actually still within the 7-8 days as promised if those 2 days are not counted. Update: One more week has passed and this company hasn’t solved anything nor give any update. Complete recklessness. I’m extremely disappointed at their level of service especially after the new app. I reached out to support asking to close one specific account (gave the name & amount) yet to my surprise they closed all my accounts and I can’t log in. I tried calling and what’s app both unreachable. Email support are polite but helpless. I need to escalate this matter.

I invested some money about 2 years ago, was little skeptical at first since i was new to Wahed investments and it was fairly new company. But thankfully, (Alhumdullillah) my portfolio grew about 26% with moderate risk selection. This is much better result than investing my own or leaving money in savings account.

This review is strictly based on earnings: I invested a small amount into Waheds (Modertly Agressive) account. They do have many options to choose from. In 1 year, the return on the investment was at 5%, which is roughly what the market had done in that time. I would now consider to investing more. I have never had to speak to a customer service agent so i can't comment on that aspect. The app is easy to use and there website does have helpful information.
